After he left empower network back in April 2014 because serious personal health problems it seems that David Sharpe has overcome his personal struggle.

Seriously, over the past year there have been times when I thought this day would never come. I’ve anticipated this week. Excited. Terrified. Humbled. Inspired. Because this last year, as much as I’ve gained, there’s been something missing from my life - YOU - and the work I’m able to do with those I’m privileged to serve.
I was under the impression 7 years ago when I entered long term recovery for drug addiction that I was facing the ultimate fight for my life, and I was. But this year has taught me deeper and more meaningful lessons about struggle...and about victory.
Without a doubt, this year has been BY FAR the deepest and most impactful year of growth I’ve ever experienced. Even with the huge mental and physical hurdles, along with the occasional feelings of hopelessness, depression, anxiety and fear - I feel more renewed, wiser, more peaceful and more inspired than ever before.
Dealing with something so personal to me - my health - with all the ups and downs that come with fighting disease, has given new meaning to “fighting for my life”.
Since my departure in April of 2014 I’ve undergone rigorous treatment for Hepatitis-C, and as of right now - I’m clear. Zero virus can be detected in my body. The ultimate test of my success will be my final doctors appointment the first week of March where I’ll get the results of my final blood test.
Just like the rest of the mountains that have stood in my way throughout my life, I’m now coming over the top of this one, and I’m here to tell you, my friend — victory is right around the corner.
Call me positive…or call me crazy - either way, I’m overly optimistic.
When I stepped away a year ago to take care of my health and my family, I left behind a piece of me, and this created a void in my spirit. Serving people with a message of hope and opportunity drives me to become a better man. I’m humbled now to have this opportunity to regain this part of my life that I love. Many who go through life changing health conditions and situations never get this same chance.
So although I have a plethora of feelings rumbling around in my stomach right now, above all - I have gratitude.
Much of which is owed to YOU.
Thank you for your support this year. Thank you for standing by, and standing by me. Thank you for being there when I needed a pick-me-up - because all I had to do was open my email or my Facebook and all my inboxes were always flooded with encouraging and inspirational messages, like:
“Just hold on, Dave!”
“Keep going, brother. I’m thinking about you.”
“It’s YOUR time, Dave.”
Thank you. I heard you; I felt you; you made a difference.
This is my time. There’s a lot more to come. For now, let me leave you with this….

As you all know by now, we the SIM powerteam are working with Empower Network for several reasons I do not want to name them all here, because I wrote many blogposts about Empower Network, the peoples company I prefer to call them, because they have changed thousands of lives from people all over the world that the people s company is the only suitable name I can come up with for a company with such great and inspiring leaders and with the greatest supportive , like minded community of people.
But most important news of today is that the co founder of Empower Network is back!
But the question will rise, what will happen next? As you could read in the personal Facebook message from David Sharpe today he is waiting for the final blood test during the first week of March, and we ll hope the results of tjese tests will be the message of being 100% healthy again. I always hoped and wrote about that David Sharpe will come back to empower Network, do not get me wrong here, David Wood did a hell of a job building empower network and launching new exiting products like the most recent launch of the most revolutionary blogging platform on this planet,Kalatu.
I am pretty sure David Wood has close contact with David Sharpe and what a victory it will be for David Sharpe and for empower network seeing David Sharpe back on stage again at one of the epic empower network live events!
